    Documents required for Visa

      * 4 photographs passport size photographs
      * Immigration forms 16 (filled up ONLY one set and sign on the
    remaining two sets)
      * Immigration form V36 (filled up ONLY one set and sign on the
    remaining two sets)
      * Immigration form V39S (filled up ONLY one sent and sign on the
    remaining two sets)
      * Birth certificate with applicants name, date of birth, place of birth,
    father’s name & mother’s name (one original notarized and two 2 sets
    of photocopy)
        Affidavit for same name, if applicable (one original notarized and two
    2 sets of photocopy)
      * Original Transcripts and Notarized mark-sheets Student's (with 2
    sets of photocopies)
      * Degree Certificate/Provisional Degree Certificate (one original
    notarized and two 2 sets of photocopy)
      * Affidavit of Sponsorship by father/ mother with 2 photocopies
      * Affidavit of the same name of father/ mother, if applicable, with 2
    photocopies
      * Parents Employment letter stating date of joining, designation and
    salary or copy of Business Registration Certificate with you or your
    parents name as directors, partners or shareholders.
      * Income from other sources, if applicable
      * Loan approval letter if applicable(the whole expense can be shown
    as loan)
      * Copy of Bank Certificate-with deposit of equivalent amount of tuition
    fees and living expenses for the complete duration of the course. It can
    also be a letter from the bank stating that the account is satisfactory
    maintained and that there is a deposit of sufficient funds with the
    mentioning of amount in it along with 2 set of photocopies
      * Photocopy of Passport.
      * Study Plan/ Statement of Purpose
